Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the request and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your AcuRite device in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 7-10 business days.
